The overarching goal of the Upper Delaware River Watershed Regional Team is to create a regional community of practice for the Upper Delaware River Watershed, which will explore and share climate science information, practical mitigation and adaptation actions, and effective communication strategies that will help county-based teams and key stakeholders effect local change in knowledge, attitudes, policies and resource allocations.
