Richard Evans is an Ecologist who recently retired from the National Park Service after working at Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area for nearly 29 years. Prior to that he worked as an Aquatic Ecologist for a private environmental consulting firm in Vermont, and has also lived and worked in Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin. Rich completed research on the ecology of acidified lakes in the Adirondack Mountains of New York for his M.S. degree from Cornell University.
