Steven Schwartz is a consultant on conservation issues who has organized many forums and public outreach events since his career began at The Trust for Public Land in the late 70s. He coordinates the work of the partners in the Pocono Kittatinny Cluster of the Delaware River Watershed Initiative (https://4states1source.org) and aligns their work with other local and regional stakeholders. He organizes the biannual Upper Delaware BioBlitz (http://www.upperdelawarebioblitz.com), which has brought together kids and families with more than 50 professional biologists and amateur naturalists who have conducted the surveys for the BioBlitz and provided numerous related workshops, demonstrations, performances and learning opportunities.
